June 27, Sunday will be the Anniversary of the park.

A newly constructed Garden Crypt,

the (6 Lots) Presidential Court

and the Bone Crypt Outside-Chapel

will be shown to the public. There will also be some lots with 5% discount promo and raffle prizes to be drawn for those who will buy or make full downpayment.

By July, there will be a 5% increase on the prices of all lots and the interment fee will become PhP 12,000 whether regular days or weekend or holidays.

Those who bought in the previous years have now earned if they will sell their own lots, more like an investment. Come to think of it.. when we started, the cost of the lot is for as low as PhP 8,000. Now, the cheapest is about PhP 40,000.

New Pictures from Everlasting Peace Memorial Park

Just recently, there has been new buyers coming from Muntinlupa, Las Pinas and Paranaque , they were looking for the nearest and most accessible Memorial Park and they saw this. This is just 10 minutes away after Alabang passing through South Luzon Express Way, and another 5 minutes or so after the San Pedro- La Marea Exit. And has a 24 hr tricycle service from San Pedro- Muntinlupa Boundary, so you can go anytime you want even if you dont have a private ride.

So what's new with the Everlasting Peace Memorial Park?



The newly opened Garden crypt at the side of the Chapel. This is like a Garden pathwalk where two or three urns can be buried, vey much like a lawn lot but only for the urns. The owner saw this type in one of her travels abroad, but this is just a smaller version of the one she saw.











Another one is the Presidential Court (6 lots) where there is one big structure for the 'whole body vault' raised above ground and with side structures that cover the lot. This picture is a sanitized version, so you can see the idea of having a granite structure in the middle and fence like marble stucture at both sides.







The last one is the Junior Family Estate (12 lots), a smaller version of the Mausoleums (24 and 18 lots).


Aside from the former Family Estate, Garden lot and Lawn Lot, there's also the Bone Crypts Inside Chapel and Bone Crypts Outside Chapel.
